About the Course

This course will concentrate on your high quality service and communication with customers. Customer Service Level 2 and 3 has been designed for you to help deal with customer service within your daily job role. This can range from working in an office to working in a public house. Covering a variety of themes, this award is aimed at providing customers with a positive impression of yourself, processing customer service information, making customer service personal, and dealing with customers face to face and on the telephone.
