About the course

The aim of this qualification is to develop the skills, knowledge and understanding needed to work in the hospitality industry.

The Level 2 Front of House Reception Apprenticeship is aimed at people working in a pub, bar or hotel and whose tasks are essentially reception-based.

 

Job Responsibilities

This person will work on a reception as part of a team.
Their job role will involve:

  • Working safely and securely on the reception area
  • Be able to deal with customers confidently and provide a high level of customer service
  • Able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Able to run the reception area effectively
