About the course

The aim of this qualification is to develop the skills, knowledge and understanding needed to work in the catering and hospitality industry.

The Hospitality Services Apprenticeship is perfect for those working in smaller hospitality establishments, where a broad skill and knowledge base is essential.  It is also suitable for those who have a varied or multi-functional role across different departments (front and back of house).

 

Job Responsibilities

This person will work as a team across different departments e.g. housekeeper, receptionist, bar person, kitchen member, customer service assistant.

Their job role will involve:

  • Working safely and hygienically in their job role
  • Able to deal confidently with customers
  • A multi-skilled member of the team who is able to carry out various tasks across different departments
