Learner Feedback

We have an online questionnaire for learners to share your views about your Training Provider, known as Learner View. This questionnaire is open to learners of all ages, and on all courses.

We would be grateful if you would complete the Learner View questionnaire to help us understand how well the further education and skills provider supports its learners to ensure the best possible outcomes. Inspectors will use the results during inspection to identify issues to look at in more detail.

You can complete the questionnaire and find out more information about it by going to the Learner View website:

https://learnerview.ofsted.gov.uk/

We also have a video about Learner View which you may find useful. You can view the video at the following link:

You will need to register on the Learner View site using your email address and a password will be emailed to you. Once logged in to Learner View you will need to search for the provider that you are learning or training with.

If you have any queries or require assistance please call OFSTED on 0300 123 1231 or email them at surveys@ofsted.gov.uk.
