The Level 1 Award in Principles of Business Start-up, designed as an initial support to those considering self-employment. So, if you have any customers wanting to be their own boss and considering this route, this course is for them. It will provide the basic knowledge, skills and understanding to progress a business start-up idea. This qualification will help learners to understand the vital rules for ensuring their business start-up is successful and covers a range of relevant topics such as:
• business planning
• legislation
• tax considerations
• marketing a product
• understanding the sales cycle
This is an online course, learners must have access to the internet and computer/tablet.
This course will last for 1 week. The course will start at 9:30 with a group training session, before learners being assigned work based on group session and partaking in a 121 call with the tutor
