The role covers responsibility for the day to day delivery and performance of Apprenticeships Nationally which includes management and staffing of Apprenticeship delivery.
To lead on the effective & efficient delivery of the apprenticeship contract, maintaining full contractual compliance.
Maintain a highly effective and efficient operational systems that supports productivity and staff utilisation, including management of team KPI’s and target performance for the Apprenticeship contract through the delivery team.

Steadfast Training Ltd, a successful Ofsted Grade 2 provider and member of the Chartered Institution of Further Education, is currently recruiting Assessors/Trainers to deliver qualifications in Clinical Care.
As a Clinical Assessor you will support apprenticeship learners who are studying up to Level 5 in Healthcare. You will be required to travel to visit learners in their workplaces in Norfolk and surrounding areas, a full driving license is essential.
Desired Skills, Qualifications & Experience;
- Hold Assessors Qualification- D32,D33, A1 or TAQA.
- Hold a recognised Teaching Qualification – PTLLS or above.
- Hold Functional skills/ key skills qualifications in English, Maths or willing to work towards them.
- Full registration with the NMC/HCPC (as appropriate) and continuous professional development maintained.
- Minimum 2 years post-registration experience within a clinical setting.
- Have a good understanding and the ability to deliver apprenticeship programmes.
- Have a good understanding of Health and Safety, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Safeguarding, and Prevent.
- You will have a Full UK Driving Licence and own transport initially (Company Vehicle will be provided following probationary period)
