Employer Testimonials
“Steadfast training have given us excellent service and support for several years now. I have worked with many companies in the past and non-compare to the professionalism that I have experiences with Steadfast. Our staff feel supported and relaxed with their assessors and really feel they have achieved something worthwhile at the end. If I have had any problems or queries at all, a quick phone call sorts it out and Joseph who completes the sign ups is always polite, friendly and professional.
I would recommend steadfast training to everyone.”

Drive By Websites director Christine says “If companies are thinking of having an apprentice I would say it is a very good idea. It has worked very well for us”
Drive By Websites appeared in ‘Spalding Guardian’ with a full page story about their apprentices from Steadfast Training Ltd, which was very well received.
Jessica was a very competent worker and keen to gain a qualification and further her career in Health and Social Care. Jessica overcame many bumps throughout her qualification and was supported through her course unit by unit as her assessor knew she was more than capable of doing it. Jessica completed her level 3 Health & Social Care and has now applied to do her nurse training at Sheffield University.

Benn was referred to Steadfast Training as part of our Work Well Suffolk project in conjunction with Suffolk County Council.
On referral, Benn had several barriers to starting work including his struggle with mental health, which, although on medication was making him feel inadequate as a provider for his family. He needed help and support to gain employment.
Steadfast supported Benn to create a CV which reflected his skills and experience. Subsequently, we supported his online job search utilising various job sites - refining his profile, uploading his CV, cover letter, and setting up effective job alerts. Before our help, Benn had become increasingly frustrated with being sent alerts to jobs that were beyond his skills and experience or in the wrong location, but by refining all of these things immediately he was alerted to jobs he could apply for.
After uploading to one particular site, Benn immediately received a call from an employment agency and was offered multi drop delivery work. Subsequently he has now found permanent work.
Benn commented – “I have found employment that allows me to feel valued and productive”.
Steadfast Training continue to support Benn as part of the Work Well Suffolk project.
