Steadfast Training Ltd is an independent Training Provider delivering vocational training and apprenticeships through government funded contracts as well as online and commercial training courses.
We are required by our funding authorities (the ESFA and DWP) to collect personal information from you so that we can provide you with the education and training that you are requesting from us. We also require this information to maintain our records for all government and commercial training.
We will collect your personal information either face to face or online by asking you to complete our Individualised Learner Record. We can also collect information from you if you apply online, email us or contact us through our website. All information collected is processed securely and only used for the lawful purposes for which it is collected and under strict data sharing agreements with partner organisations or funders.
We will not share any of your personal information without your consent unless we have a lawful basis for doing so or are required by statutory obligations.
All data is stored securely and the integrity and security of our data processing and storage systems is regularly reviewed. We keep your personal data in compliance with our Data Retention Policy which sets out which information we are required to keep for statutory purposes. All other information will be deleted once it is no longer required.
The General Data Protection Regulation (2018) gives you the following rights in relation to the way in which we process your personal data. You have the right to:
- Be informed about how we process your personal data
- Request access to your personal information that we hold, and be given a copy of it
- Request that your personal information is amended if it is inaccurate or incomplete
- Request that your personal data is erased where there is no statutory or particular reason for us to continue processing it
- Request that processing of any personal data is restricted
- Object to your personal data being processed by us
