Steadfast Training is celebrating its 20th year as an established Independent Training Provider, with an Ofsted Grade 2 (Good) rating and membership of the Chartered Institution of Further Education.
We’re looking for a dedicated Care / Clinical Trainer to join our team and deliver Level 2–5 Care and Clinical Apprenticeship qualifications.
You’ll be responsible for planning, managing and delivering engaging teaching, learning and assessment, supporting apprentices to develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
What we’re looking for:
• Strong occupational competency in Care / Clinical
• Assessor Award – CAVA, D32/33 or A1/2 (or willingness to achieve within an agreed timeframe)
• A passion for supporting learners and creating lasting positive impacts
