We are seeking a qualified Internal Quality Assurer specialising in the Employability Sector to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining compliance with industry standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of learners’ skills whilst supporting continuous improvement within our organisation. The position is paid and suitable for individuals passionate about education, quality assurance, and workforce development.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate training sessions to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks and organisational policies.
- Provide constructive feedback to trainers and learners to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, observations, and learner progress in line with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and mentor tutors.
- Support the organisation’s quality assurance processes through regular audits and reviews.
- Support the Centre Manager to develop and maintain training resources
- Keep up-to-date with sector developments, qualification requirements, and best practices in employability training.
Skills
- Proven experience in quality assuring within the employability or related sectors.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear guidance and constructive feedback.
- Organised with meticulous attention to detail to ensure compliance and maintain high standards of quality assurance.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating professionalism and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for individuals committed to fostering learner success through rigorous quality assurance practices while supporting organisational growth within the employability sector.
