Key Responsibilities:
- Support apprenticeship learners studying Short Courses & Apprenticeships at Level 3
- Travel to visit learners in their workplaces in Lincolnshire and surrounding areas
Desired Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold Assessors Qualification- D32,D33, A1 or TAQA
- Possess a recognised Teaching Qualification – PTLLS or above
- Functional skills/ key skills qualifications in English, Maths or willingness to work towards them
- Understanding and ability to deliver apprenticeship programs
- Familiarity with Health and Safety, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Safeguarding, and Prevent
- Full UK Driving Licence and own transport initially (Company Vehicle provided following probationary period)

Account management of employer partnerships.
Achieve and exceed agreed performance targets, own and team.
Building and maintaining good relationships with new and existing clients.
Manage and ensure all required data is kept accurate and up to date and organising all paperwork in an effective and efficient manner.
Responding to all employers and customers in a timely manner.

Desired Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
Educated post 18 preferably, with qualifications in business studies/sales advantageous.
