Level 3 Diploma in ICT

This is an exciting course available to those working with or in ICT.

This course is suitable for anyone who uses IT as a part of their job function at an advanced level. The course content can also include specialist and/or bespoke software specific to you or your organisation’s needs.

The course is delivered through units which can be chosen to suit your role.

Level 3 Diploma in Leadership & Management

This qualification is an exciting opportunity for those working in first line management roles to gain a recognised qualification and enhance your management skills and formalise any existing leadership experience.

It is also suitable for those who wish to move into a supervisor or management role.

The diploma is bespoke to your area of work to ensure the qualification reflects your role.

Level 3 Diploma in Care

The Level 3 Diploma in Care is an occupational qualification for learners who work in Health and Care Settings within CPCA. The qualification provides the knowledge and skills for workers who have roles with responsibilities for delivery of care and support such as:

  • Adult care worker
  • Senior adult care worker

This qualification consists of mandatory units covering core knowledge and skills competencies. Optional units  which can be combined in flexible ways to reflect the real working context of different learners. The content of the mandatory units include person centred approaches, communication, personal development, equality and inclusion, handling information, duty of care, responsibilities of the role, safeguarding, health and safety and wellbeing. The optional units are designed to meet the requirements of a range of Healthcare and Care services

Eligibility

  • Earning less than £21,000 per annum and require a second level 3 for in-work progression;
  • Unemployed
  • Requiring a second Level 3 qualification to reskill into a different occupation within a recognised growth sector (i.e. Agriculture and Food; Life Sciences; IT and Digital; Manufacturing/Advanced Manufacturing; Logistics and Distribution or Education and Professional Services) or if people were planning to set up their own business;
  • Planning to embark on a higher education course and needing a second level 3 as a pre-requisite for this;
  • Eligible under the Armed Forces Covenant or Care Leavers Covenant and
  • If a person has a physical or mental health condition, disability and/or sensory impairment.
