The Board of Governors meets quarterly, to focus on our mission, establish strategy and maintain the overall framework of policies and procedures. Our Governors help to maintain a long-term focus whilst working on shorter-term plans and goals. Our Governors seek to ensure that Steadfast Training thrives as a training provider and make an active contribution to the success of our learners and staff and remain accountable to our stakeholders. There are a range of skills and abilities on the Board to maximise our performance, improve governance and create better opportunities for all.
