Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
1.1. The prize draw is open to individuals who successfully sign up for an apprenticeship between 1st February 2025 and 28th February 2025.
1.2. Entrants must be 16 years or older at the time of entry.
1.3. The competition is open to UK residents only.
1.4. Employees of Steadfast Training Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
2. Entry Requirements
2.1. Entry is automatic for all eligible individuals who complete the apprenticeship sign-up process within the promotional period.
2.2. No purchase or payment is required to enter the prize draw.
3. Prize Details
3.1. There will be three winners who will receive the following prizes:
- 1st Place: £100 voucher
- 2nd Place: £50 voucher
- 3rd Place: £25 voucher
3.2. The vouchers are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
3.3. The type of voucher will be determined by Steadfast Training Ltd and may be subject to availability.
4. Winner Selection and Notification
4.1. The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 3rd March 2025.
4.2. Winners will be notified via email or phone by 5th March 2025.
4.3. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, they will forfeit their prize, and a new winner may be selected.
5. Claiming the Prize
5.1. Winners must confirm their acceptance of the prize within 7 days of being notified.
5.2. The prize will be distributed electronically, via email.
5.3. If a prize cannot be delivered due to incorrect contact details provided by the winner, a new winner may be selected.
6. Data Protection
6.1. Any personal data provided during the entry process will be used solely for the administration of this competition and in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
6.2. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent.
7. General Conditions
7.1. Steadfast Training Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the prize draw at any time without prior notice.
7.2. Steadfast Training Ltd is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, or not submitted due to technical reasons.
7.3. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
