A member of our Engagement team will meet with you to discuss your training needs and work with you to:
Identify the right apprenticeship for your business
Recruit your Apprentice
Agree the details of the contractual requirements and develop the training plan, framework or standard, and decide on an appropriate End Point Assessment organisation for a standard.
Ensure that the necessary registrations and paperwork are completed
Allocate you an Account Manager and ensure that all your questions are answered
Introduce your Apprentice and Line Manager to the Trainer and support them to implement the agreed training plan
The Trainer will carry out regular reviews involving the Apprentice and Line Manager and will agree with them when the Apprentice is ready to undertake their End Point Assessment (EPA), if applicable
The Trainer will liaise with the EPA organisation to set up a time for the assessment to take place
Your Account Manager will provide you with regular updates about the process and ensure that you have the opportunity to provide feedback and request further support and information
The Trainer will work with the Apprentice to make sure that they are properly prepared for their EPA and that they have completed all the necessary elements of their programme
