This course will supply you with all the knowledge you need to achieve a Level 2 Certificate in Warehousing and Storage
Principles.

Course Objectives:

• How to receive and store goods and materials
• How to process orders and dispatch goods
• How to deliver effective customer service
• Health, safety, security and legislation

Are you eligible?

• 19+
• Unemployed and currently on benefits
• Not already completed a previous employability qualification
• As this course is delivered via Zoom, you would also need access to a laptop/tablet with Wi-Fi
