Employer Testimonials
Quantum Care is proud of it’s apprenticeship programme and value the support of the team at Steadfast.
Our qualifications programme supports staff with salary increments and career progression. It’s also important that staff enjoy their apprenticeship journey whilst developing their knowledge and Steadfast’s approach helps us achieve this goal.
Thera Trust and its subsidiary companies have been working in partnership with Steadfast training for over five years now and we are totally satisfied with the service we have and continue to receive. Steadfast have enrolled and supported over 600 staff during this time at varying levels from level 2 in H&SC, Team leading and Business Admin to level 5 in leadership and management.
Since the introduction of the levy in May 2017 Steadfast have continued to be supportive and guide us through the apprenticeship reforms and the benefits these have for our Companies.
Applications are processed quickly and professionally with regular feedback always being timely and accurate. Regular meetings are held with Steadfast and ourselves so communication is open, consistent and up to date. Any issues or concerns have been dealt with efficiently and solutions found maintaining transparency throughout.
All employees that have enrolled with Steadfast have enjoyed their learning journey and praised their assessors for their help, guidance and support. Many of our leaners have requested to continue their learning journey and enrol on additional training offered by Steadfast.
I cannot fault the level of service received and look forward to our ongoing relationship and partnership working.
“Steadfast training have given us excellent service and support for several years now. I have worked with many companies in the past and non-compare to the professionalism that I have experiences with Steadfast. Our staff feel supported and relaxed with their assessors and really feel they have achieved something worthwhile at the end. If I have had any problems or queries at all, a quick phone call sorts it out and Joseph who completes the sign ups is always polite, friendly and professional.
I would recommend steadfast training to everyone.”
Learner Success Stories
Bethan has quickly adapted to their apprenticeship, completing work to an excellent standard with great attention to detail. They consistently meet deadlines and have learned their role remarkably fast despite being in the position for only a short time. Their dedication and hard work make them a valuable asset to their team.
Reflecting on their experience, Bethan shared:
My experience has been very valuable with steadfast, I have learnt a wide range of new skills, I meet with my tutor regularly who always adapts the work to my needs to help me understand and work through my assignments efficiently.
The best part was being able to learn new skills and apply them both in my apprenticeship and in my day-to-day work. I chose an apprenticeship because I wanted to gain hands-on experience while learning new skills—something university wouldn’t have offered me.
Well done, Bethan! We look forward to seeing your continued success.

"Whilst working on the front line during the covid pandemic for NHS Blood & Transplant, I started an apprenticeship with Steadfast Training. I decided to undertake the level 2 Diploma in Care. I had great support from my trainer Amanda who was always on hand to give me advice.
I completed my studies in May 2022, with the support and encouragement from Amanda I applied to do a foundation nursing degree with my employers NHS Blood & Transplant and the Open University. I’ve been accepted onto the course and will start my foundation degree this October.
Without all the support and encouragement from Amanda I really don't think I wouldn't have achieved this!"
